Theories and concepts. Research, analytic, and behavioural skills aimed at understanding and managing the behaviour of individuals and groups in organizations. [3-0-0] Credit will only be granted for one of MGMT_O 230 or COMM_O 192. Prerequisite: All of MGMT_O 100, PSYO_O 111. Second-year standing, 3 credits of STAT_O and 3 credits of ENGL_O. Corequisite: MGMT_O 110.
