Canadian Institute for Inclusion and Citizenship (CIIC)
Informed by the principle of disability justice, the Canadian Institute for Inclusion and Citizenship (CIIC) undertakes research and community engagement initiatives to inform policy and practice to promote full inclusion and citizenship of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, inspire and support social change by creating a passion for and commitment to inclusion. We work with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, families, community, government and the private sector to promote social justice, equality and wellbeing of all citizens. Materials and Manufacturing Research Institute (MMRI)
The MMRI is a multi-disciplinary, multi-campus research hub that fosters collaboration between local, national and international R&D sectors. Its members come from diverse fields, including engineering, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, management, health and medical sciences.
