Under section 27.1 of the University Act, a student society has the authority to establish and approve student fees by referendum. The University is required to collect these fees on behalf of the student society, but does not approve these fees or determine the amount of these fees.
The following fees have been approved by the UBC Okanagan student society, which is called the Students’ Union of UBC Okanagan (UBCSUO).
