  3. 5. Examination candidates suspected of any of the following, or any other similar practices, may be immediately dismissed from the examination by the examiner/invigilator, and may be subject to disciplinary action:
    1. speaking or communicating with others, unless otherwise authorized;
    2. purposely exposing examination materials to the view of other examination candidates or imaging devices;
    3. purposely viewing the examination materials of other examination candidates;
    4. using or having visible any material or resource, electronic or otherwise, other than those authorized by the examiner(s); and,
    5. using or operating electronic devices for any of the above purposes, other than those authorized by the examiner(s). This includes, but is not limited to, devices capable of connecting to the internet or storing information. All electronic devices other than those authorized by the examiner(s) must be completely powered down if present at the place of writing.
  6. Examination candidates shall not destroy or damage any examination material, shall hand in all examination papers, shall not take any examination material from the examination room, and shall not copy or reproduce any examination material, including in the form of photographs, screenshots, live sharing, or any other reproduction, in whole or in part, without permission of the examiner(s) or invigilator(s).
