Applications open for November Degree Conferral (undergraduate students). Undergraduate graduation applications to be submitted to Enrolment Services by all students expecting to graduate in November. Completion of bachelor's degree program requirements for graduation in November must be completed by October 30.
Student Housing & Community Services: 2025 Winter Session Residence application deadline for first year guarantee (must accept academically by June 1). To confirm you meet the first year guarantee criteria please visit Student Housing & Community Services.
The UBC Summary Bursary application will be available for students to apply between May 1 and June 2, 2025. For more information see the UBC Bursary Program.

Student Housing & Community Services: Residences open for Summer Session students at 12 pm.
Start of Summer Session Term 1. First day of classes for term running from May 12 to June 19 (exams June 23 to 27).
Summer Session Term 1: Tuition fees due. Students who have not paid their fees are placed on financial hold; further registration activity is not permitted, grades are not released, and graduation diplomas are withheld. Students are assessed a processing fee of $35 and interest is assessed on the outstanding balance until it is paid in full (see Fees).
