Degrees offered: M.Sc., Ph.D.
The Computer Science graduate program offers opportunities for advanced study leading to a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science. Research interests of Computer Science (and associated) faculty members include general computer science topics (algorithms, artificial intelligence, computer science education, databases, human-computer interaction, social networks models, etc.), optimization (nonlinear programming, convex, nonconvex and variational analysis, modelling, numerical simulations), and data science (computational statistics, databases, design and analysis of experiments).
