The dual degree program option offers qualified students the option to earn a select undergraduate UBC degree and a UBC Master of Management (M.M.). In as little as four and one half years, both degrees can be completed through intensive study. The M.M. provides a strong foundation in core business areas - including organizational behaviour, strategy, marketing, operations, and financial decision‑making - while emphasizing responsible leadership and the broader social and global contexts of modern organizations. Through applied projects, team-based problem solving, and engagement with industry and community partners, students build the analytical, communication, and leadership skills needed to transition into management roles and contribute effectively across sectors.
